UNO MAS launches some brand new Spanish-inspired weekend sharing dishes

There is always a heavy emphasis on sharing food here at UNO MAS – after all, that’s the way the Spaniards have been doing it for centuries as part of their ‘tapas’ way of eating.

If you visit UNO MAS on the weekend, you’ll be able to try 2 of our new sharing specials – as part of our ongoing “7 Days of Sharing Menus” that focus on one particular Spanish or Mediterranean dish each night of the week.

On Saturdays from 16.00, we are launching a stunning ‘Seafood Market’ selection
(THB 2,200++), which comprises an assortment of delicacies plucked straight from the
seas around Europe and Japan. This includes in-season fish and seafood served in a different
manner of styles, including ceviche, carpaccio, tartare or grilled at our charcoal-burning Josper
oven. Guests ordering our Seafood Market are also treated to a free glass of Cava Duran Gran Reserva Brut.

Sundays promise a slightly meatier dish that’s perfect for sharing: Spanish ‘Tataki’, consisting of premium cuts of Spanish beef combined with Japanese Ponzu sauce, orange gel, spring onions, and fried garlic (THB 555++). This can be pairing with one (or several) of our artisan gin & tonics from our Gin Trolley, with free-flow on these available from 16.00 – 24.00 for just THB 688++.
