To celebrate autumn moon, moon cakes are popular worldwide.
In Japan, we prepare for simple sticky rice dumplings (Tsukimi dango) for the moon-viewing.
But I found some arranged dumplings, wrapped by red bean paste at a nearby Japanese sweets shop.
And red bean filled mochi in this season holds a piece of chestnut inside. It also looks like moon.
The shop serves mini-sized dorayaki pancakes, which have three different flavors; black bean, green tea and chestnut.
