Every Monday to Thursday evening between now until 14 January 2021, couples, families and groups of friends can come together and enjoy a bountiful buffet dinner for only THB 999 per person! With live stations serving a wide range of culinary delights from around the world, diners can embark on a global gastronomical journey at Goji Kitchen + Bar.
Highlights of the weekday buffet include sumptuous seafood on ice (blue crab, prawns and black mussels), cold cuts such as prosciutto, salami and chorizo accompanied by premium cheeses like aged parmesan, creamy brie and English cheddar, olives and pickles, and an authentic Japanese sushi bar serving hand-cut sushi and sashimi (salmon, tuna, shrimp and squid), California rolls and maki nori.
Moving on to the main course, guests can choose from a series of succulent carved meats, including crispy pork belly, chargrilled Australian beef, piri-piri chicken and lamb leg, along with baked fish (sea bass, salmon, cod or halibut), French specialties such as beef bourguignon, duck leg confit, duck breast a l’orange, and handmade Italian pasta.
For diners seeking a taste of Thailand, Goji Kitchen + Bar’s expert chefs will provide a wide range of local delicacies including pad Thai, hot-plate sukiyaki, mussel pancakes, khao soy (northern Thai yellow noodle curry), all freshly cooked to-order and served with jasmine rice, as well as regional noodle dishes and chargrilled marinated pork or chicken, accompanied by som tum (papaya salad).
Every weekday buffet dinner ends with a choice of house-made ice cream, authentic Italian straciaatta, Chef Alfred’s famous cakes and tarts, and local Thai sweets.
