A series of introductory workout sessions is now a part of the hotel’s wellness programmes
In strengthening our commitment to well-being, Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit boosts its SPORT pillar by introducing new and complimentaryboot camp sessions for guests and local residents. SPORT is one of the cornerstones of Pullman’s wellness concept alongside SLEEP, FOOD and SPA. Healthy stays are essential these days, not an option.
Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit’s new boot camp programme comprises a series of dynamic exercises all designed the help guests start or continue their regular workout routines. Catering to guests with varying types of fitness levels, the boot camp training features different workout programmes with specific specialisations such as cardio, endurance, agility and resistance. It will start with a set of warm-up exercises, which will be followed by TRX straps, raising-the-bar training, rope climbing and a varying range of other routines. Finally, the boot camp ends with yoga stretches to ease those muscle tensions.
Starting from 6 November 2018, Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit fitness coach will lead a series of outdoor boot camps, at the rooftop level of the hotel.
