The Thai food project “Yum Yam SOUL SOUP KITCHEN” which I previously introduced here had an update of their event.
It featured Ehime prefecture, in western Japan, and was held on July 22nd in Tokyo.
The prefecture’s specialties were silky eggplants, huge sea breams, island lemon, and also other fresh vegetables; were turned out to be spicy Thai dishes such as tom yam soup, somtam salad, and rice dish to relieve hungry stomach.
